I live in california and usually see it on olive toned girls, particular mexican. Does anyone know what color they are using to get that rich bron look and how they get it to look so shiny????

It's just a lighter brown than their normal color and the shine is from the cuticle. The Mexican hair follicle is very strong and hard to get into as far as chemicals. Same with oriental hair. That's why their hair won't go very light, very easily and they wind up with that pretty brown color. Other than just wanting it that color to begin with. When the cuticle lays down over the other cuticles of the hair shaft as tight as this hair does it makes a smoother hair strand, so therefore making the hair shiny.

As for the shiny part, I use a product call Biosilk Silk Therapy made by Farouk Systems. I think they sell it at Target now but I used to have to get it at the salon. I love it because it doesn't make your hair feel dirty or stiff. I normally hate putting stuff in my hair because I hate the way it feels but this stuff just makes it feels smoother and softer. You gotta try it!

It's call genetics and CHI Silk treatment, lots of oils, lots of mouse. Also, their hair color it's natural, so there is not a lot of chemical damage by hair products.
