I had signed up a second stipulation agreement with a collection agent B (which purchased my account from agent A)through the attorney, and have been making payment as required. However, I discovered by accident that when I called up a court file, my case is still active. (They showed details of a filing(summons) with dates of the previous collection agent A- all the facts are untrue, I had never received such a summon, and that I had signed up a stipulation agreement with them too) What can I do?

If you are party to a court matter that you don't think you should be involved in, then you need to get an attorney and notify the court of what you think is happening.

However, it may also be the situation where the original case is still listed as active because it is stayed (paused) while your new agreement with agent-B is being resolved. This is common, and the court should be able to tell you what the actual current status of your case is. Just contact the clerk of the court, or have a lawyer do so to be sure.
