Everyone is right about going to the Vet. He is due for his Rabies now anyway. His ears probably have a yeast infection and the other smell I can only assume is coming from the rear and for a puppy that can mean a number of things so you MUST bring in a stool sample because almost all puppies have some sort of parasite. Its even possiblible but a little rare that his anal glands are already starting to get full.

It means he's not feeling well. I had a cat that had the same problem, particularly the bad smell from the ears part! I took him to the vet and they told me he was sick (or had some kind of infection) and had to take antibiotics. I'm generally not a proponent of taking an animal to the vet for just any general reason, but I know that had I not, my Ponce would not have made it....
Also, has your puppy been bathed recently or ever? What kinds of stuff does he get into? Perhaps he's been playing in something really nasty.
But honestly, if there is a bad smell from the ears, it is not the best sign. I'm always checking my Ponce's ears for that smell since then because I'm always worried I might miss something very important.

Do you think he might have parvo? If so get him taken care ASAP because Parvo can and will kill a puppy if not cared for immediately

The men stationed there were supposed to have arranged for someone to come out, full it part way with diesel and burn it down to nothing every so often to control the smell and sanitation issue. When I got on the range, it hadn't been done for perhaps 6 months. This was in the summer, and the heat was over 100 degrees. There was so much urine there it had formed a bubble over the top with only water tension holding it in place from not spilling over. A single grain of sand would have broken that water tension and made it smell even worse if that's possible. I can think of no smell on 5 continents that was worse than that. It still makes me shudder to this day thinking about it.

Samoyeds have virtually no bad body odour (as compared with other dogs), and as they have a double layered coat, should be relatively easy to keep clean. Diabetes is common though in these dogs - this would perhaps explain the smell (depending on the type of diabetes). Take him to the vet for a checkup.

He could be reacting to something in his food. Most commercial dog foods have fillers, by-products, preservatives, colors, and sugars that can cause allergies and skin/coat problems as well as other health problems.

Put him on something like the foods from http://www.frrco.com/121668 You feed less so it only comes to a few cents more per feeding.

This sounds like allergies to me, and could definately be food related. You will need to take him to the vet to clear up the smell from his ears, as it is probably due to a yeast/ear infection.

Take him to the vet and have his ears checked. He may have an infection or ear mites. In either case, he should be seen by a vet.

Definitely take him to the vet. It could be a yeast infection, which can take forever to clear up. It may also be the diet. At any rate, go to a good vet.

I would take the pup to the vet immediately. Anytime you notice something different like that he could have a parasite of some sort of infection.

Take him to the vet right now. Any odor that is coming from your dog's ears is a definite sign that they are ill.
