I know EXACTLY how you feel. & you can't stop, I mean you can try anythnig but it really don't work. You see, theres this guy that I liked, a lot, & I had never met him in person. & he was ALWAYS on my mind. But finally I met him, and that's what you should do, too. Trust me, it'll make tihngs better. & If I didn't understand the question right, I'm sorry. IM me at hilary_duff_rox_05 & explain it to me.

You realize that you don't really know them...that what you've built up in your head is fantasy based on incomplete information (at best)...
You realize that this life is too short to be distracted by a mystery person...and think about the kewl ones that might be passing you by, while you're distracted by "never-met-guy"
Decide it was a fun fantasy, but needs to end...and then end it...

Do what you would have done rather than think of this person.There are lots of things in a persons life.Concentrate on something else.Your career or any social work or anything.
