I'm in Mo. but the general rules of the labor board says that anything under 35 hours a week is part time. at 35 hours it could go either way, part or full time, depends on what you agreed to when you were hired.
They can work you more at any given time if they need to and still consider you part time, but if it goes on more than a month, then I think they have to say you're full time.
Just enter Labor Board/OK in the search and you should be able find out for sure for the state you're in.
