Any number of reasons, she may be on a diet or she may feel uncomfortable eating large portions in public, as she worries that people will look at her wondering why she doesn't eat less. You know how judgemental people can be. She may be ashamed of her eating habits and only does it behind closed doors or in secret, not where people can see. Have some compassion, it must be hard enough for her, without ignorant strangers gawking at her. Take care.

Some over weight people are just to embarrassed to eat a larger meal in front of people, just because they know some people don't fall for that "BULL any more doesn't make it any easy eating around people. Everyone in this world has a problem no one is perfect and everyone deals with their problems in their own way, real or not that is the way they do it for them selves.

It may be that she's eating too little. I know a heavy person who will starve herself and only have one meal per day, and she wonders why she doesn't lose any weight. The trick is to eat three good meals a day and have healthy snacks in between. By eating every couple of hours, you are keeping your metabolism going and burning off fat. Your metabolism slows down if you don't eat often enough. Also, the body starts storing fat because it thinks it's going to be starved.

I used to. in spite of the incontrovertible fact that, i recently observed on a tutor like today That t foodstuff plan sodas have a area in them that would reason human beings to crave sugar, as a result it may bring about Diabetes. So I in basic terms drink a popular Coke once I wanna soda.

I think it's because she's afraid other people will think mean thoughts about her. If she eats just as much as everyone else, she probably knows how it looks to others and doesn't want people to think she's that disgusting. Or perhaps she doesn't care at all and it could be that she's just eating healthy to take better care of herself. It doesn't matter because either way she will be looked down upon by other people.

there is more to this sometimes then meets the eye your friend could eat like bird an still have hormonal problems or other deficiencies that only a specialist in weight management will deal with . their are plenty of obese people that starve themselves to no avail ... She should see a competent physician.
Hypothyroid is one such condition ....

We all know skinny people who can eat a ton of crappy food and never gain weight, why do you find it so hard to believe that a fat person can eat very little and still gain?

Maybe she didn't like the food there.
Maybe she wasn't hungry.
Maybe she didn't feel well.
Maybe she's starting a diet.
Maybe she doesn't enjoy eating in a crowd.
Whatever her reason, maybe it's her reason, not "bull" intended to make someone fall for something.
