anti-fungal creme?
wear only cotton socks - no rayon or man-made materials. And wear only leather shoes...no plastic, vinyl or rubber. You should also alternate shoes. Let one pair air out 24 hours before wearing again and spray in between, too.

First let's start very simple. Do your own little science project. Buy a new pair of shoes and COTTON (no man made fibers, will only promote odor)socks. For one month, only wear those socks with those shoes.
First before you put your socks on in the morning, spray them with Febreeze. Then before you put the shoes on, give them a healthy spray of KIWI Fresh Force Shoe Freshener (sold at walmart & most shoe stores in with the shoe polish). Then put your shoes on and go about your day.
When you get home for the night, take your shoes off, spray them once again with KIWI Fresh Force and place (1) one charcoal bricket in each shoe. Then in the sink wash the pair of socks by hand with warm water and hang to dry.
Repeat this little science project each day for 30 days. I would bet by day five you will be amazed by no odor. Good Luck. I know this will take a little work but IT REALLY WORKS!
P.S. You may also want to stop in for a pedicure. At most super walmarts you can get one for $15 bucks or try the salon where you have your hair done. This will help start with a super clean healthy pair of feet.

i have never tried this, but someone i know always used to put a sage leaf in each shoe to combat foot odour, and he said that it worked a treat... maybe you could give it a try, but i dont know if its going to make a difference... if not, take the advice of the rest of the lovely people here and go and see a dermatologist... they will know the best treatments that you could try... good luck!

If you don't have an infection, have you thought of trying a deodorant/anti-perspirant on your feet?
