yeah i was wondering if anyone knows if VEET or NAIR works?what are the effects (bad smell, irratating), how fast is it done, etc.

I've used Veet and it does work well for me. It works in about 4 minutes. Instead of the plastic scraper they include in the box, I use an exfoliating mitt to remove the hair. It does smell pretty bad though.

NAIR works so much better than VEET. Nair will get most of the hair off in about 2 or 3 min. It does levae a bad smell behind though! Don't leave it on too long because it will burn your skin!

Yes both products work well. They have a strong scent. Its a lasts longer then shaving. Not as long as it says on the package. With Nair it's normally 10 minutes maxium that you can leave the product on. With veet it's 6 minutes. You can't leave it on longer then that because your skin will start to burn. I perfer the veet because it leave my legs feeling silky smooth after.

nair is used just for the upper lip and even though the hair get removed after 10 minutes of application, the regrowth is very fast and the new hair are harder and denser.....same thing with veet only that it is used on the legs,arms,underarm areas and cannot be used to remove facial hair.....but this too leads to a very fast regrowth of hair which are much denser than your normal hair.
i suggest that for temporary removal u either shave ur legs(bad point is again the regrowth) or the best thing is to get your legs waxed even if it hurts a little cuz then ur skin will be smooth for quite sometime and the hair that would grow back would be lesser as compared to your earlier hair

Nair to me stinks, burns, and doesn't last long! But I think my legs are extra sensitive or something. Never tried veet

NAIR DIDNT WORK FOR ME BUT VEET DID... I HAVE REALLY SENSITIVE SKIN AN NAIR JUST LEFT ME WITH BURN MARKS... ONLY HAD IT ON FOR LIKE 30 SECONDS TOO!!!
I GUESS IT WOULD JUST DEPEND ON YOUR SKIN AND HAIR... LIKE HOW THICK YOUR HAIR IS IF IT WOULD WORK OR NOT... BUY IT AND TRY IT AND FIND OUT.

Nair works really well but it is very strong. It worked for me but unfortunately it burned my skin and I don't consider my skin as being sensitive. Nair also smells very bad...

i've used veet bladless shaving (w/e it's called with the pink bladeless razor thing) and it smelled so bad i thought i was going to die. it didnt work so well either. then i bought nair. i think it works pretty well. it's really easy to use and it dosent smell that bad.

nair works really well.
the only negative aspect is the smell, but that usually doesn't last very long. nair only takes 5 minutes or less to do.

Nair works for sure, but it can feel pretty hot on your skin depending how sensitive your skin is and how long you leave it on.
