well, if you ever shared anything to induce your high with coke such as a straw, dollar bill or shared needles, you could have hepatitis c (a blood to blood transmittable virus)....not the answer i think you are looking for, but it is a valid answer.....hcv causes many symptoms...from mild in it's early stages 10< years and more prominent ones after the first decade. the severity of complications doe's not indicate how bad your liver actually is. a person infected with hcv does not always turn yellow, in fact, it's more common in either acute (fast acting strain) or end stage hepatitis c infection. (yellowing due to liver failure).
i would get tested for hepatitis c...they have to test for antibodies if the alt and ast levels appear normal. sometimes the alt and ast levels in those with hepatitis c infection are not always elevated, which in turn the doctor thinks that your okay.
hcv is the leading cause of liver damage and end stage liver disease and cancer.
get tested! hcv is not just a liver disease...it damages all organs attatched. hcv does pass the blood brain barrier and can alter your mood, perception and/or memory.
good luck

its really wonderful that you are clean now. brain cells will grow back but only to an extent. the body is a neat thing a lot of things the body will make better over time but putting these horrid things into your body for such a long time has definatly had some affect. possible some heart problems, chronic headaches, nerve probelms such as twitching and more maybe you wont have these problems see a doctor would also be a good thing

other than fried brain cells- well as a past user myself you will have to deal with depression and the loss of a good time what i mean is i have been clean for 16years and i still at times look for something to replace the time spent using, you might want to check out your local NA hall, and meet some really cool people, these people may only be clean for one day or 25yrs but they sure know how to party without using, congrats on 2.5 yrs keep it up

Yes I'm sure your body will be recovering even now. But what I really wanted to say was 'A huge well done....it's not an easy thing to do and that's putting it mildly.
Best wishes

Only alcohol and ecstasy have shown brain damage due to chronic use, so no. As for your organs? Your heart is more susceptable to cardiac arrest due to the cocaine but the pot (I assume that's what you were using) has no long-term effects.
