Doesn't anyone know that the main reason Betamax lost to VHs because there was porn on Vhs. Porn was outlawed on Betamax. How could anything compete with that?

Doesn't anyone know that they only reason vhs won was because it supported porn. Porn was outlawed on betamax, how could anything compete with that. Now Blu ray has the backing of many more major fim studios and companies. The largest computer manufactures, biggest film studios. How could it lose?

Sony will not lose because they own a movie studio and they have PS3. And, I think this time porn would be worse in HD, who needs to see why they are wearing makeup.

Betamax lost out for the same reason blu-ray will lose; it breaks the cardinal rule of merchandising, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".
