but when i talked too her she said iam going through something i do'nt want too talk too anyone about it!

Unfortunately, it sounds like the beginning of the end...you can't force her to talk to you but as you said, she SHOULD be able to share anything with her significant other.
I hope I'm wrong...but it doesn't look good.
