Being Greek myself it would be Zeeta Beeta Ta-ou, although in Modern Greek, spoken today, Tau is pronounced Taf.

You would most likely to pronounce it as it were in Ancient Greek:
Zeta, Beta, Tau

But in Modern GReek:

Zita, Vita, Taf

One side of the atlantic pronouces tau as toh and the other as tau. I can't remember which is which.
