whenever i do some sort of strenuous exercise in the cold weather, i get the taste of blood in my mouth.

it is probable that you have gum disease, an infection below the gum line.

See your dentist.

A metallic taste? If there is no blood to be seen, I don't know. I'm sure someone does but when I think about it, I have never had that taste in my mouth when you do strenuous exercise! seriuosly though, The next time I shovel snow this winter I'm going to see if I do.
