Generally it doesn't stand for anything. It's just that. "Okay."

'kk' is just Net Speak. Half the time it doesn't mean anything. Just like saying "WOMG!" the 'W' doesn't stand for anything. It just makes saying 'OMG' more funny, especially if you are picking on internet newbies.

it just pop out from the internet.. it's just an expression from ok.. and MAYBE, it's hard to type OK than KK.. and maybe people won't understand if you write only K... =)

kk is just a shortened form of saying OK OK twice

for example I could say, "OK, OK. I got you" or I could say "KK I got you"
