A vet check is in order.

It could be as simple as he wolfs things down and his stomach can't handle it, so it comes back up so he can chew it more thoroughly.

BUT...it could be there is a medical problem. The sooner medical issues are caught, the easier they are treated. And the cheaper it is on your wallet!

Call your vet first thing in the am and schedule an appointment.

When a pet pukes as often as your pet is that can be a warning sign for many things. The first thing I would consider is Bowl/Intestinal blockage, in other words she may have ate something whole that got stuck, since you say she pukes things whole. As big a dog as a shepard they need things they cant swallow whole. If you buy her a bone you wouldnt get someting tiny right? You know she would swallow it... People food is never ever a good thing to feed your pet, it can cause bad weight, upset tummy, worms, there is so many bad things. Your dog needs to see a vet as soon as you can get her in to find out exactly what it is. I am willing to be its a blockage simply becuase she swallows things whole. I wish you luck!

With his age and everything, I would have him checked out. Hate to say it, but he could have stomach cancer. Better find out and start treatment early.
