and everybody can so tell they are dyin to pick it, an their tuggin on their shirt an their pants real restless, should they just pick it? liek common, is it ruder to have all that cloth shoved up there?

Yes, they should just pick it, and everyone else should look the other way. It happens.

I solved this problem years ago by finding undergarments that never ride up, and to this day that is the only brand I'll wear. I wouldn't mind picking my butt in public if I had to, but some imbecile always seems to find that funny and becomes overcome with laughter. It's not worth it to me. I just wear good underwear.
