I have ash blonde hair and I wanted to go light brown. My roots are light brown but the rest of my hair turned gray. How do I get rid of the grays?

The same thing happened to me a couple years ago. I had to go to a salon to have it fixed. The best way is to have them put a temporary (like 6 week) color on it that doesn't contain any bleach. Your other option is to have it stripped and redyed which is really bad for your hair.

Go to a professional and have them do it. There are too many variables involved in the correct way to color your hair. Don't do it yourself. You will make the stylists job harder and they will wind up charging you more with the correction than if you were to just go in now and have it done. Make sure you see if you and the stylist are on the same page as far as what you want and what can be done. Could be two different things. If your hair was bleached blonde and you put the brown over it, then all the more reason for you to go to a professional. This is a hair color correction already you just don't want it to be impossible for the stylist to do anything with it. Good luck and God bless.

Gray? Lol wow that's sh*tty. If I was you I'd go to a salon and get a professional to fix it. If you put anymore drugstore color on your hair, you're prolly just gonna end up with something even worse than gray. Good luck.
