I'm really fvcking depressed and she's psycho and too clingy. I don't even want to go home to the place that I own. It's a long story. How do I start the eviction process without her throwing my $hit off the balcony?

Don't be the bad guy....you'll lose your **** because hell hath no fury like a woman scorned....it's better if you make her think she's the reason...go behind her back and find some poor sucker who thinks he's like her and hook her up with him only don't let her know about it...
If you stop pleasing her long enough and she has somewhere else to go she'll probably go willingly and sneak out quietly in hopes that you won't notice...then change the locks on the doors and act surprised when you "find out" she has another man.
Trust me, if she's the bad guy, you'll have less trouble with her.
In the future, be more carefull who you let into your house to begin with.

talk to her. tell her how u feel. NICELY. can't guarentee u that she won't toss it all off the balcony tho. but hey, even that's better than continuing on like THIS is it not? Actually, it wouldn't hurt having someone else close at hand in case things get ugly.

CAN DO. DONT LET SOMEONE MAKE YOU SO CRAZY
THAT YO DONT WANT TO COME TO YOUR OWN HOUSE.

offer to help pay for another place for her to live. if you can't afford that you might just have to be straight forward with her and be honest to her and yourself. and if that doesn't work and you really want her out pack her things up while she's out and move her out yourself.
