any tattoo that is on an area of the body that the skin will expand so will your tattoo , but on your biceps it won't be that noticeable. it is when you've had one for about 30 years that you could notice some change and even then on your arm it won't be bad. good luck and enjoy your tat just make sure it expresses YOU and not something someone else pick out for you that way you'll always enjoy it.

It will not effect it that much. Yes when you flex it may become a bit stretched out but only when you flex. Even as you grow older it won't get too distorted it will remain the same. If you gain a lot of weight (a lot) it will get stretched and will look off but I doubt that will happen.
Also just a tip try to use sturdy colors like dark blue, black and other darker colors. If you get orange or some color similarly light it starts to look faded fast and you actually may have to get it re-inked for it to look good again. Talk about a pain in the butt.

hey man good for you. I love tattoos but do remember. the pain of it is actually the pleasure of it and it can be really addictive. Anyway, if you're planning to get a tattoo around your arm where the ends would meet, at this time, I suggest not. as your biceps grow, the skin stretches from your underarm and it would split it. but if its just flat then go ahead! there're always touching up to be done later even if you don't grow.

I would wait on the tattoo if you plan this workout anytime soon. If you aren't the tattoo will not be distorted. My ex had a band on his arm and later became a workout freak. His tattoo looks as good now as it did when he barely had any muscle.
Hope this is helpful and good luck with the tat!

I think its fine as long as you work out naturally (ie don't take roids), it will only get distorted if you get bigger very rapidly, so your skin can't catch up and you get stretch marks. Ask someone in the tattoo parlour.

the more your bicepts grow...or shrink, the worse it will look...I would get the tat in another place.
