My wedding rehearsal will be a friday night. What would be the most appropriate time to hold it?

Around 7pm. That way people will have time to get there after work, and it's not too late to still have dinner. If you're prepared for the rehearsal, and everyone is on time, it shouldnt take more than 30 minutes. A tip I used was I had an agenda for every person in the wedding party (ecept the flower girl who couldnt read yet). Then everyone knows when and where to go. I explained the whole thing one time through and they could follow along on the paper. Then we did a run through once without the music, and I told everyone when and what to do. Then we did it once with music and I just watched and corrected what needed to be. Then we did it once through with no mistakes and we were done and could eat. Good luck.

Wedding rehearsals usually take an hour or so...sometimes more, sometimes less...if you are going to be at a church, then check with teh pastor because chances are there are going to be restrictions as to how early/late you can hold it...depending on if there are services/confessions held on Friday nights. I think a 4/5 time would be great, because then you can all go to the rehearsal dinner afterwards...

Try to have it early especially if you are going to have a rehearsal dinner. You don't want to be out half the night. You need to be able to relax, rest & concentrate on the wedding day. Your emotions will be better under control as well as your nerves. And you'll look prettier rested, too.

Early evening around 6 or 6:30 before the rehearsal dinner (if you are having one).

If you want to serve dinner, start around 5pm. This will give time for the rehearsal without everyone dying of hunger by the time it's time to eat.

If you're not serving dinner, start around 7pm. This gives everyone time to have their food digested before you begin.

We had ours on a Friday night too and I believe it was around 5pm. We then went out for dinner afterward.

6:00. It will give your attendees time to get home from work, do whatever they need to do, and get to the rehersal. It, too, isn't too late in the evening so you can go out, have a party, etc. before your big day. Congrats and Best Wishes for a long and happy marriage!

I am having mine in the later afternoon- maybe around 4 or 5 pm and then we will be going to dinner afterwards.

It depends how long it will take everyone to get to the Church from work. You can't expect people to leave work early just b/c you are getting married,
