Jesus himslelf said that to even look at a woman to lust is the same as commiting adultery in your heart. Yet The church I used to go to they where always talking about sex and peoples body parts. True Hypocrisy! I don't go there. And for a good reason. If your gonna mock the mentally disabled, persecute the poor, engage in sexual perversion, I want no part of your church. But I found out its everywhere so, I refuse to attend any church. I don't need that kinda behavior anywhere near me. I can be saved right here in my home! I need nobody to help me with that. Church these days is more business than saving souls. They pretty much tried to ruin my life. Nobody is immune to the judgement of God! Including Biship Billy Bob or Reverend Tex! And even worse you have sick people claiming to be men of God who prey on Children!!! Absolutely no excuse! I know all churches are not like that but I have yet to find a good one!

Wouldn't you be angry with some people in the church who nearly drove you to suicide?

They are ashamed, and they know better so that try to justify it
Knock and the door will be be open, he that knocks on a door, he will open to you. Seek , look, find, pray for, and you will find it.
Not all churches are that way
Maybe you are going through a bad trial of your faith, being tried you will come forth as purest of gold.
Don't let the devil deceive you, he is a deceiver and a liar, father of all lies
Keep looking to Jesus the author and finisher of our faith, not man, you will reap if you faint not, or fall away
run the race that is set before you and show the devil he is a liar.
Be Blessed!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, lemme share my thoughts with you. :)

"Jesus himslelf said that to even look at a woman to lust is the same as commiting adultery in your heart. Yet The church I used to go to they where always talking about sex and peoples body parts. True Hypocrisy! I don't go there. And for a good reason."

Is sex bad if God created it in the first place? No. I'm surprised that you reacted almost completely oppositely than the way that most Christians react to sex. Any mention of the three letter word, and a lot of us will think it's sinful to listen to a discussion about it.

"If your gonna mock the mentally disabled, persecute the poor, engage in sexual perversion, I want no part of your church."

Dang man! What kind of messed up church did YOU go to? That's horrible! If these people acted like the way you are describing them, they most likely weren't Christians.

"But I found out its everywhere so, I refuse to attend any church. I don't need that kinda behavior anywhere near me."

Either you've unfortunatlely experienced a perverted, polluted version of Christianity, or you have very high standards of morality.

"I can be saved right here in my home! I need nobody to help me with that. Church these days is more business than saving souls. They pretty much tried to ruin my life"

How do you mean?

"And even worse you have sick people claiming to be men of God who prey on Children!!! Absolutely no excuse!"

I assume you are refering to the Catholic church? I'm an Evangelical myself, and if anyone acted like that in the churches I've been to, they'd eventually kick him out.

I hope I have helped, if that's what you were looking for...

You're not the first to see the fallacy of many organized religions who deem themselves Christians, yet are not. Jesus spoke in the 23rd chapter of Matthew about the scribes and Pharisees and how they were "vipers" and hypocrites because they say and would do not, etc. You also see the degradation of character of those who prey on innocent children, commit lewd and illicit sex acts, yet cling to the thread of Christianity they have woven into their deluded beliefs. Remember that all the while, we are talking about man, a human that is not resistant to the wickedness of the world. When Christ said to the Apostle Peter, "Upon this rock, I will build my Church and the gates of Hell shall not prevail against it.," he didn't say that there wouldn't be hypocrisy and sin in the "camp." He just said it would not prevail. Remember, one of his own betrayed him for a few pieces of silver. Where man is involved, you will find some type of questionable practices, even in the true Church, because none of us are perfect, but we all can be forgiven if we maintain the proper attitude of admitting when we are wrong, and not making excuses for our pitfalls and downfalls, and not continuing to commit the same wrongs day in and day out.

You don't have to attend church if you don't want to-- God did not say to attend church, and that if not you are sinning.

You are the church-- because you are the temple of God, if you are truly saved and a true Christian. The buildings which are called churches are places to fellowship with other Christians. Not because they are Christians, they are no longer sinners.
But God wants you to be understanding and leave the judgment to Him.

Yes, you can be saved right there in your home-- Jesus is everywhere. *smile*

My church is not one of those. Hallelujah!
But remember the parable let the wheat grow with the tares, and when harvest time come they will be separated and the tares burned?
Well the tares are corrupt church leaders, the wheat are church leaders leading and feeding God's sheep accordingly, harvest is judgment day, fire is hell! Don't worry about them.
Do not lack the assembly of thy selves is one of the instructions in the Bible. God loves our praise and worship.
You will find a decent church, pray you find a good church. I will pray for you too:-)

Check out Heb. 10:24-25

I'm sorry you've had bad experiences with Churches...and all Church's are not bad.

Personally, I love my Spirit filled and Holy Bible teaching Church.

I must remind you, there are no perfect Churches...as they are run by us...imperfect humans.

Churches are not a fashion or country club, they are more like hospitals. They are for broken people. Jesus is there to heal us. In Isaiah we are told, "by His stripes, we are healed."

Not perversions only, but MOST people justify their sins, period. You see it is easier to try to justify your sinning, then to have to cease from them. Its easier to excuse your acts of sins, then to address the issue head on, and cease from it.

Most Churches of today are as you say they are, but this should not be a surprise, for in the last days it is inevitable that they be corrupted, else God's wrath would never come.

In His Holy and Precious Name, Jesus Christ

You just have to keep looking, the devil wants you to see churches as being this way as a way to keep you from them. You're right when you say no one is immune to the judgement of God, but it is God place to do the judging; you just have to keep the faith.

Until they get stuck and they do not appear to care approximately that both, or the truth that little children get on right here and spot or learn what they go away on right here. I typically realize stuff like that across the weekends or overdue at night time

I'm sorry for your disappointments. I will pray that you find a church that will be more suitable to your needs and actually guide their members toward Christ and his word.
