Unbaked Cookies 1 stick butter - 2 cups sugar - 1/2 cup milk - 3-4 tablespoons cocoa - 3/4-1 cup peanut butter. Mix in 2 quart saucepan over med/low heat. Bring to boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring CONSTANTLY. Take off heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 1/2-3 cups oatmeal. Stir well and drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Or you can put in an 8x8 pan lined with waxed paper (or buttered) and then cut into squares when cool. I have also seen recipes that call this method Peanut Butter Fudge or Oatmeal Fudge.
