I'm talking about after I die, assuming that there is an afterlife. Are you saying he can forgive any sins if I repent before I die, but no repentance after will matter to him?

I think so because if he is real, its his own fault that people don't believe. He doesn't make appearances.

Yes, he will forgive you when you meet him and at that time acknowledge him for what he is. I saw that episode of South Park yesterday, the spaghetti monster. It was good, it showed me that sometimes people will succumb to agreeing with untruths if it yields them some kind of profit.

Believe, when there is still time!

Mark 9 Then Jesus said, "He who has ears to hear, let him hear." 10 When he was alone, the Twelve and the others around him asked him about the parables. 11 He told them, "The secret of the kingdom of God has been given to you. But to those on the outside everything is said in parables 12 so that, "'they may be ever seeing but never perceiving, and ever hearing but never understanding; otherwise they might turn and be forgiven!'"

Jesus never forgave anyone who "didn't" repent. He doesn't hand forgiveness out on a silver platter to everyone, unless they repent.
It is conditional. God always says, "I will do this, IF you do that." So will Christ forgive your unbelief and doubt? Not unless you repent to him about it, in all sincerity.

Q: >>> If Jesus is all-forgiving, can he forgive us for not believing in him? <<<

In order for you to ask Him to forgive you, you must first believe that He is.
