Guaynabo is not as bad as : 1. Bayamon 2. Carolina 3. San Juan
the only place dangerous about Guaynabo is the 199 & 177 road at night

Carolina, San Juan, bayamon and Guaynabo (though not as mush as the rest). These 3 cities are called the metropolitan area...they are more dangerous than the rest of the island but only if you get involved in the drug scene. apart from that they also hold the wealthiest families and best private schools in the island, and for the most part the people who live there and the students who go to private school have never asociated with drug dealers unless it is weed, which is very popular in private schools. And smoking pot here is like smoking cigarrets really, it doesnt really count as a drug or dealing with drug dealers, hence ur only danger is getting arrested by the cops till someone bails u out (is its a small dose ofcourse)
Drug dealers tend to have their homes in the places they grew up in, which are normaly poor neighborhoods. they have a world of their own, one that doesnt get mixed with all the good things that the metropolitan area offers.

ok the dangerous ones are Carolina and Bayamon oh and PR has 78 towns (pueblos or municipios )so how do u want us to name 50 cities ?????
But the most dangerous places inPuerto Rico are Caserios which are like small buildings together that the government gives to underprivileged families some of them are Torres de Sabana,Monte Hatillo , Llorens Torres ,and La Perla but la Perla isn't a caserio but its like one the atmosphere is the same !!!

You can apply that question to any state....
Every city has their Good and Not so good parts..if you don't know anybody in the area ..You don't go in...
All big cities in Puerto Rico can be dangerous if you do stupid stuff... The only 2 cities that I can Name are Carolina and Bayamon....Because they are the most populated and the biggest...
