Get a large kettle and fill it with warm water. Submerge the turkey in the warm water.
Every couple of hours, dump out the water and add fresh warm water.

You'll have to stay up most of the night for my way...

Put the bird in a CLEAN bucket and stick it in the tub. Run luke warm water, medium stream over the bird and it will thaw quicker and no microbes will make a home on it. The hitch is, you have to rotate the bird every so often.
If you really need the bird fast, go to your local butcher store 1st thing in the am and buy a fresh turkey.

The fastest and "safest" (to prevent bacteria) to do this is to get it under cold running water. I suggest putting into a container and put it into the bathtub. Turn the cold water on it and let it run. It's a waste of water, but it's the fastest and safest way to do so. Good luck!

You could try the sink. Use lukewarm water. Change the water no less than every half hour.
