I guess the steps and pose need two people to move, it take two to tango is one person have to support the other person to do this dance...i think..

First, and foremost it's not impossible to do the Tango alone, dancing instructors often show movements alone.

Second, it is difficult to complete the full range of motions the Tango involves without having another person to balance against.

Third, Tango is a story of passion, betrayal, anger, and lust. All things that involve a couple!

Are you referring to the dance? or to the saying "It takes two to Tango? Either way majority of the time there isn't just one person involved.
