Just watched Dr. oz and what kinds of whole grain breads can you eat???

It is fairly easy to bake bread, you can control all the ingredients and incorporate a number of grains often sold bulk at health food stores. A bit of yeast in warm water, add a bit of sugar, wait 6 minutes add some oatmeal, cracked wheat, wheat bran etc. and lastly oil. Let it rise 30 minute, knead it down, let it rise again and your done. Ready to bake. Tastes much better than the bread at stores, its healthier and cheaper too.

I bake my own bread there is only about 2 table spoons in a two lb. loaf but sugar ,Honey or molasses is needed to active the yeast

they all got some sugar but whole wheat is the healthiest for you . you get most of your sugar from cereals and bread.
