First of all, I really like your Duckula icon.

Celebrities can buy belts very easily because some schools wish to be linked to them. Elvis was an example of this. He spent one weekend with Ed Parker and had a black belt in Ken-po.

I do know that Mr. Bob Barker stopped a purse snatcher with his martial arts skills, true story. Old Bob knocked a would be attacker down when he saw the thief wrestling for hand bag with a women.

Chuck Norris - no quesition. Spared with Bruce Lee in a hallway at 4 am during a Karate national championship. He was so impressed with Norris, he put him in Return of the Dragon, hence, the Chuck legend was born. Oh yeah, he was a great Karate tournment champion too.

Joe Rogan - Trains in BJJ among other diciplines. There was suposed to be a fight between him and Wesley Snipes but Snipes keeps dodging him. Rogan would wipe the floor with him, stoned or not.

Jon Claude Van Dame - Hahahahaha, selt taught my rear. He is as self taught as I am. He is a dancer, plain and simple.

Steven Segal does know his stuff and was very popular in Japan. His arrogance had him choked unconscious one day on a movie set when he told Judo Gene Labell that his MA skills would allow him never to be choked out. Gene choked him out twice, the 2nd time he wet himself. They don't speak anymore. This is as Gene and his wife told me in the hallway of the afterfight party at Extreme fighting 4.

Oh I forgot, Greg "Opie" Hughes is a Black Ninja FF

Steven Segal, David Caradine, Chuck Norris, are the most notable. Steven and David, practice different forms of Kung Fu, which are considered internal forms of martial arts, while Mr. Norris, practices Tai Quan Do, which is Korean Karate, and is considered an external martial art.

Kung Fu moves are considered smooth, and flowing, whereas Karate, is considered more jumpy, kickey, pokey moves. Primarly, kicking.
