If he calls you his girlfriend, then you'll know.

No I do not believe that it matters if we are two different cultures. Cause i mean think about it, it would be just as bad as a black marrying a white or and indian marrying a canadian. but on the other hand if west affrica has promlebs with cultures mixing then you might have a problem. But you would know he is your bf if he calls all the time, always wants to hang out, and it seems like he gets really ancy when he isn't around you.

1. Ask him. Or better, tell him. "We're in an exclusive relationship, right? Because I have far too much respect for myself to continue the way we're going without a commitment from you. Are we together?"

I'd bet a donut he'll say yes. And I love donuts.

2. I'm a white guy in an interracial relationship. We're both confident strong people, so the ONLY people who matter are each other. Thankfully all our friends and family accept us, but I think a lot of that is because we'd kick their *** if they didn't. In my experience, love conquers all.

No it should not make any difference
But you sound like you may have some doubt in your mind
weather he is you boyfriend or not.
and there must be something there to make you ask that question, If so you should be asking him that very ques ion
and finding out for sure.

may God bless you and have a good day

love transcends all barriers , be they cultural or language..or any others. in fact those kinda love takes more effort and can be very interesting. I think u need to overlook your differences and pay more attention on what draws u together, and ur common interest...

you can make it work but it takes two people to come together to make it work....with other cultures, you need to respect their cultural differences if you want to live in harmony and be accepted by his parents...if you are truly serious about dating someone other than your race then you must be openminded...best of luck ....
