Actually ovulation as well as periods depend on the individual. Most women who are regular and have 28 day cycles should try anywhere from 14-16 days, that is midway. Typically ovulation falls midwway between your periods, but each women is different. Many women ovulate irregulary, some not at all...and some women do not have regular periods. You can try the ovulation kit at home to detect if you do not know....otherwise some of the symptoms of ovulation are....clear discharge, pain in back, moodiness; if that does not help a doctor can help you determine when you ovulate.

if ur cycle is a normal 28 days, then 12-16 days after the 1st day of ur period. if ur cycle is shorter, like u get ur period every 21 days, then 4-7 days after the first day.

u ovulate 14 days BEFORE ur next period, so subtract 14 from the length of ur cycle, and add 2 days or so on either side just in case!

if ur not regular then this method wont work as well. using an ovulation predictor (thermometer to check when ur temperature changes with ovulation) is probably a better option then.

if she became ovulating on 6 aug and conceived, then the due date will be round 30 april. that is accessible that that is ur brother's baby. her era would were round 23 jul. avg being pregnant is 40 weeks, in spite of the indisputable fact that the first 2 weeks or so ur not actual pregnant - that is the time from the ultimate day of ur first era to the day of idea. so if she conceived 6 aug, then she will be 4 weeks pregnant 2 weeks later. beg of aug to end of april is 9 months, not 8.
