Of course it is possible. It doesn't matter what the level of retention on the holster or brand of gun. However, a person would have to be either dead, or in a coma in order to ALLOW a 2 year old to take a gun from a secure holster. I carry my gun in front of my child (I have both level 1 and level 2 holsters). and neither I or anybody else has a problem with it.

It is possible, but very unlikely. The child would have to be pretty strong, perhaps watching someone else release the weapon from the holster and mimicking that action.

If the safety of the weapon is on (don't recall if all Glock's have a safety) then the child shouldn't be able to fire it, unless, of course, they have seen how to take it off or do it completely by accident.

These are all possibilities, however they are highly unlikely (odds maybe 1 in 900,000?)

Yes it's possible. Anything is possible. Why would you not have such a weapon secured either in a safe or with some type of gun lock anyway. I routinely disassemble mine nightly so as to esure mine don't get to it So put it away and by the way, Glocks don't have a safety which is why there are so many a.d.'s

if you haven't realized yet, two year olds can get into anything and everything....especially things you never thought they would. i'm guessing this is your first 2 year old.
i found mine on top of the fridge one time....i still don't know how she got up there but i think she was following the cat.

As I stated in the other forum where you asked this SAME QUESTION:

If you are even remotely familiar with that handgun, I am curious as to WHY you would even ask such a question?

No. Is your wife upset that your son or daughter is being held while you are in uniform? But again, no.
