There is a graph wizard it walks you through it step by step. Click on Insert then Chart.

yes. You fist type in all your inforamtion in table form, then on the top there is this button, 20th from the right, that looks like a graph. You highlight your table and choose your graph and doo all the details, then you have a graph.

yeah, highlight the data and press the graph button
graphs can be tricky - depends on how the data is laid out
you can try "help" on graphs for more info.

you click on the space and type in the words you need to put in.
