I weigh 103 pounds and I really need to gain. What is the best way to do so? What foods should I eat?

increase your intake of carbs, more pasta & rice dishes and potato & bread, cereals, oats etc.. and have more full cream milk & dairy products..

Lots of Whey Protein... i like the one from Bally's Gym. It is full of protein and will help you gain weight and muscle.

protein and weight lifting...dont be afrain to do so.Filling out with muscle can give your body better definition.Read up on weight lifting for yourself.You can put on weight and have a great figure
