um, I'm assuming you're in Korea? (try to be more specific in your questions) There are some English speaking officers in the immigration offices in South Korea. I remember dealing with someone who spoke at least some English. (no, sorry I don't remember their names) Just try calling and asking if anyone speaks English. They'll do their best to find someone for you. Or get a Korean friend to call on your behalf (but that might be tricky because not many people want to rat out their illegal tutors!)

Why do you need to speak Korean to report illegal workers? You can call the immigration office and they speak English! (At least the American Immigration office)

How about why doesn't anyone get upset about the fact that corporations outsource their customer service to India so when you need help you can't understand one word they are saying. Why doesn't anyone get mad about the fact that outsourcing means taking away jobs from Americans. You know like the jobs the Mexicans are taking away from Americans you know the crop picking jobs under the blazing sun during summer or the dishwashing jobs that everyone wishes they had, and don't forget the busboy jobs I know I would get out of bed in a flash for that job.

It is not unsuitable however I do not consider they have got the infrastructure to take at the project of going round and rounding them up. Remember they have got to be saved someplace earlier than deportation order is completed, and all this means more cash and assets which I do not consider they're in a position to manage on the second.

How do you know they are illegal and what are their circumstances for being here. You do not need to be a citizen to work in the U.S. You can be here on a visa and work for many years as long as you renew your visa. I work with a woman has been here for many years is not a citizen and is legally here working. Be careful not to cause trouble if you are not sure. It could mark you as a bigot in the work place.
