Men and women can only ever be friends if there is no sexual attraction from either one. I know from experience. There is nothing worse than having a guy as a 'friend' who is hoping for more, which you're not interested in! If neither is interested romantically, then it's great!

You must be very immature to think that a man and a woman can't be friends after they hit puberty. I have lots I guy friends and I am a married woman well past puberty.

yes I had a man that was truly my best friend the best one I ever had. I could talk to him about everything and we did things together and no he wasn't gay. I really miss him and he will never be forgotten.
