Extreme Biotin 1500 mg?

Question

I want to take Extreme biotin to make my hair grow longer and shinier, so i was wondeirng if it had any bad side effects like rashes or something??

Also i have really fair skin with red cheeks and if i take the biotin pills will it make my skin change?? cuz i really want it to stay like this/
