Thats hard......maybe you could try and do more chores around the house? Instead of watching TV or playing on the computer you could go to the park and play some sports oriented things. Maybe you can do yoga thats not sportsy, I hope this helped :)

well i'm 4'8 too and i'm around 85 pounds...a little underweight considering some problems I had before but I used to be around 100-110. there are easy ways to get more active, like just by stretching every night all the different parts of your body. crunches really helped me alot for my stomach and abs. got up to doing 100 every morning and 100 every night. in the morning for awhile I did pilates for only like 15 minutes right when I woke up and it helped alot considering the small amount of time and its practically just stretching and stuff. (it also helped wake me up more). just always try to get yourself to keep moving no matter what you're doing and it really will help. I can't say much about eating because you said you don't eat much, but just doing that will get you to lose a little weight and still be healthy, not too much work either. good luck

You need to eat balanced meals in order to lose weight- it sounds weird but true. Make sure you are getting enough protein. How about joining a sports team at school, a dance class, yoga class, or just going to the gym to work out.

Going for walks is always fun, and good exercise. If you don't have the motivation for this on your own, see if your parents will get you a dog. Then you can walk, and play with it, and clean up after it, LOL. If you don't like that, maybe see if there is a local community pool that you can go to for free. Good Luck.
