No, it doesnt include those, but it does include a little compassion and comprehension, maybe actually talking to someone of the illegal nature to find out what and why. How can anyone talk against them if they dont actually know any of them or their reasoning for why they do the things they do. Human rights means understanding that everyone, black, brown, purple and green has the right to live a happy and fulfilling life. I also comprehend the point of view of anti illegals and urge pro illegals to try to understand them as well. Human rights includes determining that when a fellow human being is in need of food, shelter or clothing it is ok to help them regardless of their legal status but it is not ok to turn your back on them because of it. Sorry to ramble, Ill stop now because I know I could probably go on for like another hour this way.

Human rights are very basic. The rights you quote above are the rights of a tax paying citizen. Human rights mean that you have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Those are basic and unalienable. If you want money from the government however, you gotta pay taxes.
For what its worth: illegal immigrants can't get any of the things you stated anyway. You need to be a citizen with a social security number.

The International Bill of Human Rights:
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason
and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS (art. 1),
adopted by General Assembly resolution 217 A (III) of 10 December 1948.
Article 2, which sets out the basic principle of equality and non discrimination as regards the enjoyment of human rights and fundamental freedoms, forbids "distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status".
Article 3, the first cornerstone of the Declaration, proclaims the right to life, liberty and security of person -a right essential to the enjoyment of all other rights. This article introduces articles 4 to 21, in which other civil and political rights are set out, including: freedom from slavery and servitude; freedom from torture and cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment; the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law; the right to an effective judicial remedy; freedom from arbitrary arrest, detention or exile; the right to a fair trial and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal; the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty; freedom from arbitrary interference with privacy, family, home or correspondence; freedom of movement and residence; the right of asylum; the right to a nationality; the right to marry and to found a family; the right to own property; freedom of thought, conscience and religion; freedom of opinion and expression; the right to peaceful assembly and association; and the right to take part in the government of one's country and to equal access to public service in one's country.
Since we in the USA have given up to Corporations the rights which once only applied to Citizens, the right to corporate welfare, political campaign funding, rights of privacy, writing of legislation. To the very manner in which our most sacred of democratic duties is conducted, privatizing our vote. Why would anyone in support of this, complain when the same corporations give your job to someone who will work for less ? Or move it out of the country entirely ? Benefits ? Health Care ? Pensions ? Wages ?
Only Liberals, would worry about such nonsense.

Human right for immigrants is giving someone an opportunity to work (usually for less), doing jobs you and I wouldn't do while taking care of an entire community in a country where these opportunities either do not exist or do not equate to enough money to feed one person. Most of these immigrants pay out of pocket for medical, food, and more.

They have a right to remain silent. Should they give up that right, anything they say can be used against them in a court of law. They have a right to go back to where they came from and apply through the normal channels to enter the country. They have no other rights.

First - none of the above! Illegals have NO Rights as they are here Illegally!
Other than that, they (as every human should) are allowed the basic rights of all people in this great country (USA).
Why, should the legal folk of the USA have to pay millions of dollars to help support illegals?
If I move to Mexico (in this case), what will this (Mexican) government do to help support me? Not a darn thing!
I am not even allowed to own land or property, of any sort! Whatever is/was mine in Mexico reverts back to the Mexican Government when I die! My next of kin will never inherit it!
So, while Mexicans come here for a better life (I don't blame you and you are welcome to better yourselves, legally), DO NOT expect the citizens of the USA to support you and your families back in Mexico! WE owe you nothing!
Become legal citizens and enjoy all that this wonderful country has to offer. Legally, you are more than welcome! But this is ...

Of course not. Human rights means not to be treated cruelly. It doesn't mean we have to pay for them. Otherwise why don't OUR human rights mean that they have to pay for us?
