he came to the apartment i was staying the week at with my uncle and my nephew. he came home from school and walked into the apartment. i was sitting in the kitchen with my two cousins. my nephew domonique stared at me, dropped his backpack, and ran to the room he was staying in. i walked back there and knocked on the door. he yelled for me to come in. he was laying on his bed in tears. i asked him what was wrong and he told me i'm scared. i asked him why and he said the man with the gun. the thing is he said that the man with the gun was the man that had killed his father (my older brother). i asked him where he saw the man and he said he was in a truck in the front of the school watching him and his three friends. i told my uncle and my uncle is keeping him home from school and inside the apartment. we contacted his mom and told her and is coming to go pick him up. but she doesn't have a man in the house to protect her and domonique if a man comes in.

should i go stay with them for a couple days or should we take domonique down to california (we are in az) to live with his uncle on his moms side until they get the man. a couple hours after he got back to the apartment we got a call from domonique's friend jocoby's mom saying that he isn't in th ehouse anywhere and no where in the neighborhood. what do i do?

One call the police if you have not already you can ask them to stand gaurd around her home his friends mother needs to report her son missing and I think that yes you should stay with him and his mother.

YOu get the police involved and you tell them what is going on. You have a serious problem. You should go and stay with domonique and his mom to help her and your nephew to feel more comfortable. Please go to the police that is not a good situation

you should get the police involved and maybe they can show your nephew some photos and catch the man..........but in the mean time i think that you should go and stay with him....he will need your protection and support.

notify the police and stay w/ the mother, or have them move in w/ u...if u move to cali , the change could be hard for your nephew...so unless it's completely necessary, i'd stay away from it

call the police and ask his class mates if they saw anything. just ask around. im sure someone saw something. maybe inform a watch group or whatever theyre called.

you should go live with her to help her out,you should also keep in close contact with the police department no matter where you and him go so they are aware of your situation in case something does happen. good luck!

call the po po... then take dominique to cali till it all blows over... he will be safer there. a child's(and potentially a family's) life is in danger... desperate times call for desperate measures(like hiding out in california).

you need to notify the police right away. Make them take it seriously and have them give him and his mom protection.
