Completely free sites, no fee whatsoever to contact people, contrary to most other friend finder sites. The other 18 are paying sites so I won't bother listing them.

On my forum, we give each other warm welcomes, so you can find like a whole bunch of friends. I have some that are on yahoo, and so, we occasionally meet on yahoo and talk. Erm..
