Some Christians do...it's the hardcore ones that are not willing to believe in anything except that which they believe gives glory to god...not all Christians are that hardcore...what the hardcore Christians are asking for is eminently impractical and chaotic...I think they are mostly after your hard earned...some people who would call themselves christian have more open minds...I don't think the founders of these religions wanted anyone to be miserable and look at life so two dimensionally...

Christians from the 19th century or earlier would have believed in ghosts, spirits and demons.
Modern Christians wouldn't. If they do, it's because of how Hollywood has educated them.
Probably the most common answer you'd get is - they believe in their own spirit and the Holy Spirit.

Somehow, Christianity and Science (which have collaborated more than once) have managed to create a universe/ spiritual universe devoid of spirits, ghosts and other gods. An amazing feat? You decide.

What do you mean by ghost? Dead people live again and haunt people and kill people?
I think Christians believe only God (plus His angels) and Satan. Satan, as a spiritual being, can take different forms, including ghosts if he wants to.
Christians (perhaps not all Christians though) believe that Satan (the devil or devils) has been defeated and has no more real power over believers. However, shadows of Satan's power can still take effects especially on those who have no God's power and authority within them.
There are people who choose to follow the evil paths, and they are followers of Satan, and these people has the energy to exercise and bring about evil things. These people are not Christians' enemies, because Christians' enemies are not people but the power of darkness.
Well? Not all of you will agree, of course.

God is a spirit, not a ghost. He never lived and died. That's what is supposed to constitute a ghost. But ghosts go against Christianity, and do not exist.

Why do you assume there must be ghosts? No, I am a Christian and I do NOT believe in Ghosts. I do believe in demons (bad angels) who trick people into believing they are ghosts. But you will get Christians who say they believe in Ghosts too. The bible doesn't teach ghosts are real so I'll go with that authority.

Christian for 24 years ,seen them ,felt them, seen them work invisibly, turning on a water drinking fountain, the handle turning and everything.I don't know what they are but they are there.(No I don't think a lot of them are demons although they are out there)Just a PS to one of the guys above,Peter and the Apostles on the lake thought they saw a ghost. When they saw Jesus in Luke 24,He said "...I am not a ghost,a ghost doesn't have flesh and bone like I have". He didn't say "Hey, there are no ghosts only demons"
I think there is a dimension we don't know about.

Yes, we do! you sound uninformed about what we believe! How can there be a God but not a devil? Angels and Demons (ghosts). You can not have one without the other . NOW understand that just because we believe they are real does not mean we worship them.....

I was raised Catholic, consider myself a Christian, but also believe and feel I don't need a religion.
I seen and felt Ghost presents since I was four. Spirits are different, they come to me to, to communicate, they are nicer than most humans I have met.
