It might, and I stress might, work in the short run, but pill, never work in the long run. Stick with diet and exercise and that weight loss will be sustainable, not to mention you'll feel better. Also, the safety of those pills cant be determined to YEARS later. Some over a decade. Most of them are not regulated by the FDA. I would stay away from them in general because you dont know what kind of bad things you can be doing to your body.
