free knit pattern for dog draft door stopper?

i am looking for a free pattern for a draft door stopper, preferably of a dog. I want to knit one for my dad for Christmas.

I was looking online for draft door stoppers in the shape of a dog, just to see what kinds you could get. It seems the "hotdog" or daschund shaped one would be the easier pattern to make. If you can use the last link to get a base for the door stop, the rest could be frogged together if you can figure out the shapes to make the rest of the body to work.
