Do you live alone? first write down some of the things you would like to do. then start doing them. whether it is doing something at home or starting a hobby. if you have never done a hobby before try a child's version of it. take it easy on yourself. we all make mistakes. don't get upset with yourself. If however, depression is what you are beginning to suffer, find a good psychiatrist.

Think of something that you enjoy doing. If that doesn't work, then talk to a friend on the phone. If there's no one to talk to, then write someone you like a letter and tell them how you feel. If nothing else, hang out here and answer someone else's questions!...grin.

Manicure, pedicure, let someone do your hair, massage, facial mask, painting your nails, buying a new outfit or a purse. It'll be more fun if you invited one of your girlfriends along. You totally get over being lonely, will it works for me!

why do you feel lonely? why are you alone? just go and keep your mind occupied by having time to yourself and enjoying yourself and doing the stuff you like to do.

noone shoudl feel alone and i bet you're a great person! just be nice ot everyone and they may not think of you as their best friend but hold out until you find someone that lies the same bands,fave food,etc..
before you know it you'll find a great friend or even a group!
