I'm gay and I've dated other gay men who can't get it up. They just bend over and let me have their way with them.
Now, if you are straight then I would see if you can do the pump thing, or if you can take a combo of both viagra and the other 2 new drugs out there.
Then again, there are some women that aren't that big into sex, or if you are really good with oral sex, role play, foreplay, etc, then she may not mind.
