DO NOT LOSE WEIGHT!!! You are perfectly healthy at your current weight. I think you need to step away from the mirrors and the negitive influences that society says is appropriate and look with yourself for acceptance of your own body. Love yourself and be proud of your body.

Personally, I dont think that you need to lose any weight. There is nothing more gross than a 15 year old obsessed with her weight and is trying to look too skinny. If you are unhappy with your body I would lift weights or do pilates. Thats the best! You can eat more protein and you will tone and build lean muscle. Dont try to be more skinny!!!!

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

yeah, your height and weight are still within the averages for your age. Your not overweight, nor underweight.
Running is a great form of loosing a couple extra pounds, and it gets your body toned more. Joining your Cross Country or Track team, or another sport with running (soccer, basketball) will help you get and stay in shape while keeping your weight down. Of course, this was already mentioned.

If you really want to lose weight then eat the right food and the portions of foods. Drink a lot of water and eat a lot of fruit and veggies. Make sure you also exercise 30 minutes a day.

this is what i do and i am 5'9 and 120 pounds(i am 15 too!). CROSS COUNTRY! join your cross country team! it is THE best way to lose weight and look great(plus you can eat whatever you want because you lose it at practice. You become a great runner too.

You are not in need of weight loss. You need to focus on school, grades, and college. If you were 5'4" and 250lbs, then maybe a diet would be in order.

You sound about inshape to me. Remeber, if you are too skinny, that isn't very attractive to guys either....
Cardio exercise such as running, jogging, etc. anything that gets your heart pumping, burns off fat.
