your absolutly right myriad so... abortion does stomp on the rights of unborn women.

your absolutly true the guru, children should never be used as a punishment to their parents who did not think ahead. abortion should end as soon as possible.

Your absolutly reasonable miss-mary, thats why i'm cutting out the middle man and going straight to God instead.

God always answers our prayers eri. But in God's way, not the way we expect.

If i was rapped, i would not want to go through the added tramua of losing my baby too, jammer.

your so right bcptm, i will pray for you and the soldiers in iraq aslo

yes u guys are right lets pray for all weak and helpless and also the troops. thank you so much your in my prayers.

I am Christian and i agree 100%.I will pray about it also because abortion is the same as murder but for some reason people think if you kill a baby it is okay but if you kill an adult it is bad God bless you!
Well Killing a baby is the same a killing an adult.Hello!? They are both humans and God made them both so stop killing people!!

I don't jump for joy at the thought of abortion but, I don't do that either when children aren't cared for, abused, neglected and unwanted. What about praying for them? I think abortion, like all sin is personal and sin is sin not matter what degree it is. So, if I'm not going to tell you to not lie, we all have done some sin, none is perfect except ONE! then I can't judge you for any sin. That job belongs to someone much more in control than I am. Thank God, not a man or woman. It's personal between a woman and her Dr. On the other hand I don't think the Government should pay for them or tell me what I can and can't do with my own body. What I do is between me and God, not me and a hundred other people that sin just by judging people that they think are soooo bad. Well, there is no difference between the two. Abortion and Judging...both sinful, both personal choices. As a matter of fact they both are covered in the commandments aren't they?

I would not have an abortion myself, but like h*ll do I want a rich prick in Washington who has never had to wonder where next month's rent is coming from making that decision. Do you know how many children in our country (as well as around the world) go to sleep at night hungry? Are you unaware that there are children all over our country who join gangs because they have no family life to speak of? Don't you realize that raising children costs money that many people don't have and our government is not willing to spend?

I don't think that abortion is the best way to deal with the problem. I would like to see a lot more prevention happening (birth control, condoms, etc). However, at this point, our country has not seen fit to education the masses on pregnancy prevention. Until they are willing to do that, banning abortion is an idiotic idea that would be the cause of even more disgusting crimes being committed against (unwanted) children.

If you want to make abortion go away, stop whining about abortion. Find a solution. Advocate for more sex education, advocate for greater government funding of children who live in poverty, advocate for free birth control, whatever.

I think that it would be very unchristian for our country to force women and children to be forced into a hopeless situation. (and even if the women "deserve it", children should never be used as a punishment to their parents who did not think ahead and prevent the pregnancy.

I also pray that the day will come when people realize that abortion is wrong, and that it is not a woman's right to choose to kill her baby. She should choose birth control or abstinence in the first place.

I think there is an exception that could be made for women who were raped, or for women whose life is at risk if she carries her baby to term.

There are some things in this world that can not be changed, no matter how much you want it to. Remember that God has given us free will to choose right or wrong, abortion is up to the individual and her conscience. Prayer is a good thing, but it may not change peoples free will to do as they please. You can not obsess over this issue, just make sure you make the right decisions in your life and keep praying for the people who are not.

I know just how you feel! I cannot believe the greed of some people, and their responsibility's, don't they realize live children are dieing. These are the ones that you know don't have a compassionate heart, to stand, or lay down and witness murder, is to murder.
These babies are thoughts of God, God breathes into his thoughts and they are born Spirit, God sends these baby Spirits to go and be born, and these Spirits know and realize that if born, that they can become a redeem person, and do the will of God, God's plan, a thought of God!!!!!!!!!!!
There's a lot of these abortion babies in heaven, a lot of them. What are we telling God when we send his thoughts back to him?

~As a good christian, I give unto the lord that which is the lord's and I give unto Caesar that which is Caesar's. Abortion is a legal issue, not a moral issue to be deternined by a minority group within a minority religion. But why not waste your prayers on a real issue, such as ending the Iraq invasion? Real "deaths" are happening there as opposed to the termination of an unwanted parasitic bio-chemical reaction in some woman's body. Pardon my ignorance, but it occurs to me that you have no more right to tell me I can't terminate a pregnancy than I have to force you to see light and reason. PTL
