The right side of my neck is sore. I though maybe I slept on it wrong. But now it hurts right below my ear and down the side of my neck. When I touch it its tender and feels a little swollen. WHat is it and should I see a doctor?

sounds like a sore muscle...if its unbearable or you're really worried about it then get it checked out. Or wait a few days and if its not better go it...

Sounds like you could use an adjustment from a Chiropractor..trust me on this one. Been there, done that. I know that pain all to well. Hope you feel better soon...can't hurt to go see one for a fine tuning.

I've had the same problem and it was a bug bite...yes in the fall and now I'm taking cold medicine stuff to relieve the swelling.
