Depends. If it's $100 cash, usually. If it's a check, they will put a "hold" on it anywhere from 2 - 5 days.

only if you opened it with cash. otherwise if it is a check it will take usually 3 business days to clear - that is the only answer and right answer.

I believe it would if your deposit were "CASH" ... anything else.. money order or check would have to clear as they are only a promise to pay by whoever issued it.

if you deposited cash yes....but be carefull some checking accounts need to have a minimum or you get fees.
