We have one daughter, and when I was pregnant with her, the doc calculated my date of conception. It was my birthday! A pretty memorable day, of course. My husband and I had gotten a hotel room, and after -ahem- sex, I rememberd thinking "gosh, I wonder if I got pregnant just then" and I had this nagging feeling that I had. Then just the other night, I got that same feeling. I got online later, and used a fertility calendar, and realized that it was most likely a fertile day for me. Crazy. So, its too soon to know if I am really pregnant. The chances are slim cuz I have a Mirena IUD, but who knows? Did any of you ever get that feeling?

Yes - I knew right away - when I conceived my first child . . . had an immediate 'hot flash' flush, and then a wave of nausea. People find this hard to believe, but - after experiencing this, I'm a believer - some of us know very quickly, as the body processes change and 'speak' loudly, at times!

I don't know about feeling the actual conceivement as such but I know that even a couple of days later I felt where about your uterus is and there is a definite different feeling I could feel like a small lump that is as hard as a rock. I also don't believe that any contraception is 100% safe as I was on the pill and using condoms when I conceived both my children and I've heard that those Mirenas can fall out without you even knowing so you might be pregnant and I hope you are as you sound like you want another baby so good luck mate

Chance of pregnancy on Mirena is 0.1% chance of pregnancy while having tubes tied is 0.5% so highly doubt it.
I did have that feeling with my 1st child but I used the rhytym so I knew that was my fertile day and told my daughters father to pull out like we always did onm y fertile days and well he said OOPS and I smacked him and said your a daddy now! N sure enough I waited 2 weeks and got tested and I was pregnant and we didnt have sex after that instance so I could prove to him if I was it would be from that instance. and that had been the 1st time we had sex after I got my period that month so basically that was the only day we had sex that month!

With my son, Adam....when I woke up the radio station that had been romantic music earlier that night(funny it was the ONLY station that came in with NO static..now that I think about it..)...was now a gospel/religious station..and it was saying the seed has been planted and soon it will grow...into a wonderful thing...I just KNEW I was...and couldn't wait to take the test...and now..Adam is going to be 6 yrs old..and he's growing into quite a wonderful thing!!!

With my last baby the same thing happened to me,I knew.For the next couple of weeks I kept taking pregnancy test,and of course they were neg. It was way to early.About three weeks later I got a positive result.wasnt very shocking though,to me anyways!

Yes, that "feeling" was morning sickness the very next day when I woke up. First time turned out to be a miscarriage at five months and the second was a tubal that burst and caused me to almost bleed to death. THAT was ENOUGH for me!!! I had them tie the leftover tube so I wouldn't have to go through that again.
As it turned out, I didn't have to have kids anyway. My younger sister has TWELVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yup definitely. My husband and I were trying for a little while and iI never felt too excited about it, but one time when we did, I thought okay, now i can get excited sure enough 2 weeks later we did a test and we are pregnant!

I had a "feeling" to.. well I got pregnant last oct but I miscarried..
And my family was home for christmas last year and wanted me to drink.. but i just couldnt do it..
here i went and got a test and i had a little baby inside of me!!!

I had the same feeling with my daughter (first child) and it turns out I was right! I found out I was pregnant when I was 3 weeks...CRAZY!!!

I've been pregnant twice and both times I knew immediately that we'd hit the bullseye. I've never thought I was when I wasn't either.
